An unspeakable sorrowBiloxi, Miss. resident Harvey Jackson, whose wife, Tonette, was missing after surging waters from hurricane Katrina split their house in half.
“I held her hand tight as I could and she told me ‘You can’t hold me’. She said, ‘Take care of the kids and the grandkids’.”
“We have nowhere to go. I’m lost, that’s all I had, that’s all I had.”

So much loss, and then compounded by the human disease - the snipers, the looters. A chance to show America at its best, but showing (some) Americans at their worst . . . .
